Getting things done!

Another busy night for the troop. Gear had to be unloaded, cleaned and put away tonight. After the Klondike, we left the troop gear with Mr. Burke till tonight's meeting. The patrol box was re-outfitted with gear. The scouts discovered that they were lacking some essential items on the camp out. Everything that needed a good scrubbing was scrubbed and gear out away properly. Discussion about having two troop Quartermasters took place and it was decided on with the SPL that we would have two. AJ was asked and agreed on taking the role as the second QM. 
It was also decided that the scouts need some skill enhancement in the area of menu planning and food prep. For the next camp out this month, the adult leadership will take a very active role in working side by side with the scouts to help them gain knowledge and skill in this area.
