Troop 931 spent this meeting night learning about more canoeing skills concerning some basic methods to paddle and how to position ones self in a canoe. We also reviewed parts of the paddle and then discussed the various parts of a canoe.
In addition to this the troop discussed the upcoming fall camporee as the guide has been released. They soon discovered that they have a lot of work to do to get ready for the camp out in October. There will be many events to compete in not to mention the regular preparation for going camping. Over all it was a productive meeting night.
